In Loving Memory of Dr. Robert “Bob” Benedict Stewart

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Dr. Robert “Bob” Benedict Stewart, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and pillar of the Miramichi community, who passed away peacefully on October 11, 2025, at Percy’s Place in Miramichi, New Brunswick, at the age of 82.
Bob’s life was a testament to unwavering commitment to his cherished family, his esteemed career, and the countless lives he touched with his warmth, generosity, and boundless love for connection.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday, October 17, 2025, at St. Michael’s Basilica, Miramichi, New Brunswick, with The Reverend Father John Fraser as celebrant.
